Appointed judge marks milestone, another fills new position
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Two new judges have been appointed to the area Superior Courts.

Candice A. Garcia-Rodrigo of Riverside, a Commissioner at the Riverside County Superior Court since 2018, will take a seat on the San Bernardino County Superior Court. At age 38, she is one of the youngest named to a Superior Court judgeship in the Inland Empire. She is also the first Latina Judge ever appointed to the San Bernardino County Superior Court. Garcia-Rodrigo was an attorney and Chief Financial Officer at Rodrigo Law Firm PC from 2011 to 2018.

Douglas Kent Mann, 56, of Claremont, has been appointed to serve as a judge on the San Bernardino County Superior Court. Mann has been a Partner and Attorney at Walker & Mann LLP since 2007. He fills a new position created in 2019.
