A Jurupa Valley man was arraigned Monday on five felony counts of recording fraudulent grant deeds. Timothy Grant McBride, 41, was arrested by DA investigators at his home on June 10th. McBride entered not guilty pleas to all counts. He had falsely represented himself as the owner/president of MSC Development, INC. The investigation showed that McBride had deeded several of the company’s properties to himself. (INT)
