Riverside police have capped a 4-month investigation with the arrest of a motorist for the hit-run death of a pedestrian. Jeffrey Scott Carey, 52, has been arrested in Jurupa Valley where investigators found hidden the vehicle he was allegedly driving when a homeless man was struck on February 15th. Witnesses said they saw the victim lying on Jurupa Avenue before he was run over. (INT)
