A survivor of a deadly Friday night collision on the I-215 in Perris is under arrest, the California Highway Patrol announced Monday. The suspect, a 42-year-old Quail Valley man, is alleged to have crashed his Dodge Ram towing an empty horse trailer into a car that had been disabled by a flat tire. The driver and a passenger in the sedan were killed. (INT)
