JURUPA VALLEY – (INT) - A 4-alarm fire that brought first responders from as far away as Orange County to battle flames in a Jurupa Valley strip mall Wednesday, was accidentally started.

CalFire traced the source to restaurant cooking.

The fire destroyed three units and damaged another in the 5700 block of Mission Boulevard.

Damage estimates released Thursday were put at $5 million.
