The new Ontario Ranch master-planned community is getting a boost with the sale of a 19.6 acre parcel for development of a quarter-million square foot retail center. It will be anchored by anchored by a national grocery tenant, Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below, Hobby Lobby and Planet Fitness, according to the management company Wood Investments.
