SOUTHLAND – (INT) – Gasoline prices have stalled but remain just below their all-time record level.

The average price for a gallon of 87-octane regular in California is $4.40. By comparison it’s $4.32 in Riverside and the national average is $3.18.

The Auto Club’s gas watch noted that Southland refineries have increased production and imports of gasoline products remains robust, giving the state ample inventory.
