Riverside police say two robbers suspected of a jewelry heist at the JC Penney store in the Galleria at Tyler have been linked to nine other similar robberies. Adan Martinez-Carvajal, 23, of Upland and Melchor Roquin Cabalar, 22, of West Covina were captured after smashing display cases in their most recent robbery September 8th. (INT)
