Shannon Yauchzee, retired Chief Executive Officer of the City of Baldwin Park, was appointed Tuesday as Fontana's Interim City Manager. Yauchzee, and his wife, Lisa, moved to Fontana two years ago after living in San Dimas for 30 years. (INT)
