Governor Gavin Newsom signed legislation Wednesday to support access to reproductive health care services and protect patients and providers. The action comes as a coalition of reproductive rights and justice organizations in California launched the California Future of Abortion Council. It will work with policy makers, providers and other stakeholders on recommendations to expand access to reproductive health care for Californians and those from out of state seeking services here.
