Vehicle accidents across the Inland Empire continue to take a deadly toll. The victims have now been identified. 7-year-old Johan Orozco was struck while riding his bicycle near his San Jacinto home January 5th. In Riverside, Riley Froom, 67, of Riverside was crossing Indiana Avenue outside a crosswalk when he was struck by a hit-run driver. A crash Friday on the I-215 near the Riverside interchange claimed the life of Spencer Smith, 38, of Menifee. Near Hesperia, the California Highway Patrol reported a fatal, 2-vehicle crash Friday on Route 138 at the Summit Post Office Road. The coroner identified the victim as Ritchie Serrano, 22, of Corona (INT)
