Indio police are investigating the apparent drowning of a golf course maintenance worker. His golf cart was found submerged in the Coachella Valley Canal Monday near Terra Lago Parkway, according to CalFire. The coroner identified the victim Tuesday as Christian Capelouto, 22, of Indio. (INT)
