How does the IE rank on the inflation index? INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Inland Empire residents are feeling the pain of inflation even as gasoline prices decelerate.
WalletHub has examined the twenty-three largest Metro areas and found the Inland Empire’s consumer price index (CPI) soared by 9-point-2 percent the past 12 months and just over 1-percent the past month. While the IE placed 13th highest among the fastest gainers, several Metro areas in Florida, along the East Coast, Texas and Arizona turned in double-digit increases.
