SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – What became known as the ‘Arden-Guthrie’ property in San Bernardino will get some tenants.

A developer plans to locate a Target, Sprouts Farmers Market and a Burlington store on the 17-acre, city-owned site adjacent to the 210 freeway in the northeast part of the city.

Space is also being allocated allocated for an additional retailer, four restaurant pads, and a gas station/convenience store.

The city will enter into an exclusive agreement with Rich Development Enterprises, LLC.

Rich Development estimates that in addition to several hundred construction jobs, the center will create between 500 and 600 permanent jobs.
