US Education Secretary Miguel Cardona will be in San Bernardino Thursday to participate in the sixth and final summit on regional Latino economics. Cardona will be joined at Cal State San Bernardino by Inland Empire Congressman Pete Aguilar. The White House initiative began earlier this year in Texas. (INT)
