California on “precipice of the unknown”, CSAC president declares SACRAMENTO – (INT) - Riverside County Supervisor Chuck Washington has been elected president of the California State Association of Counties (CSAC).
Washington said “We are on the precipice of the unknown as counties across the state navigate ongoing challenges such as homelessness and delivery of behavioral health services. At the same time, we are presented with new opportunities to advance positive change and expand initiatives aimed at reaching our children early on to ensure a healthy and successful future.” The CSAC elected officers at its annual meeting in Orange County.
