Former HSI agent bound for prison
A Murrieta man who once worked as a special agent with homeland security (HSI) is bound for prison for 121 months. Felix Cisneros Jr., 48, accepted cash payments and other benefits to help an organized crime-linked person, and two foreign nationals gain entry into the US. A federal jury found Cisneros guilty of 30 felonies. (INT)
