A suspect in a Yucaipa murder earlier this year has died in the jail ward at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton. Francisco Fraga-Menendez, 67,of Yucaipa had serious medical issues. He was arrested last June and was facing murder charges. (INT)
