How does your driving experience compare? SOUTHLAND – (INT) – It won’t come as a surprise that California is one of the nations’ ten worst states to drive in.
WalletHub examined 31 key metrics ranging from average gas prices to rush-hour traffic congestion to road quality. California ranked near the worst in gas prices, rush-hour traffic congestion and road quality. It was 48th highest in the car theft rate. California did better in auto-maintenance costs and the traffic fatality rate. If you’re looking for a better driving experience, head for Iowa which ranked best.
