CORONA – (INT) – The first phase of an 88-million-dollar renovation of The Shops at Los Lagos has been completed.

Twenty-two new tenants have signed up and there’s been an exterior face lift, a trolley, train, a vintage tour bus, ice rink, and other décor enhancements.

Phase 2 calls for tenant improvements plus construction of arches at the entrances of the mall plus artistic sculptures like a 15 ft duck.

The developers envision The Shops at Dos Lagos near Corona to become the premier lifestyle center of the Inland Empire.
