Rancho Cucamonga chosen for massive logistics warehouse
RANCHO CUCAMONGA – (INT) – The developers’ appetite for siting more industrial warehousing in the Inland Empire is being kicked up a notch.

The real estate firm Bridge Industrial announced plans Tuesday March 14th for the largest single phase logistics campus in California.

The 2-building development would cover nearly 2-point-2 million square feet within a mile of the I-10-15 interchange. Bridge described the project as “the largest single phase logistics campus in California”.

Both buildings would be delivered in August 2023.

“Southern California and the Bay Area continue to experience some of the lowest vacancy rates in the nation, and Bridge is well-positioned to meet the needs of top-tier industrial users seeking modern, last-mile warehousing space” said Greg Woolway, Senior Vice President, Investments at Bridge Industrial.
