Rancho Cucamonga chosen for massive logistics warehouse RANCHO CUCAMONGA – (INT) – The developers’ appetite for siting more industrial warehousing in the Inland Empire is being kicked up a notch.
The real estate firm Bridge Industrial announced plans Tuesday March 14th for the largest single phase logistics campus in California. The 2-building development would cover nearly 2-point-2 million square feet within a mile of the I-10-15 interchange. Bridge described the project as “the largest single phase logistics campus in Californiaâ€. Both buildings would be delivered in August 2023. “Southern California and the Bay Area continue to experience some of the lowest vacancy rates in the nation, and Bridge is well-positioned to meet the needs of top-tier industrial users seeking modern, last-mile warehousing space†said Greg Woolway, Senior Vice President, Investments at Bridge Industrial.
