Finding an affordable place to live in the Coachella Valley may be a little easier. Riverside County Supervisors Tuesday March 14th allocated $1.3 million towards the creation of 108 apartments in the City of Coachella. They will be situated on 3-acres of vacant land on Cesar Chavez St. (INT)
