MENIFEE – (INT) – There’s more proof that guns and teenagers don’t mix.

Menifee police say that four teens were ‘horseplaying’ with a gun they thought was not loaded. One of the youths pulled the trigger wounding a 17-year-old boy.

The teens called for help but when paramedics arrived at the scene on Watson Road Sunday evening, it was too late to save the youth from a gunshot wound to his upper torso.

Police questioned the other three and arrested 19-year-old Jesse Duran on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter.
