Fontana lover caught defrauding women now headed to prison
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) - Fontana man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for defrauding eight women, some through romantic relationships.

A federal judge handed the sentence to Ze’Shawn Stanley Campbell, the US Attorney’s Office reported Tuesday March 28th.

Campbell was involved in nine businesses and laundered the proceeds of his scheme.

Campbell enhanced his stature with the victims by falsely telling them he was a successful investor in real estate and Bitcoin, as well as claiming he had served as a Navy SEAL in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Judge Mark Scarsi said Campbell’s conduct showed a “shocking level of disrespect for the law” as well as a lack of repentance.
