SACRAMENTO – (INT) – A second round of funding is being made available to build multi-family affordable housing in California.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development is offering $567 million under a streamlined, combined application across four programs.

That funding has provided over $1.3 billion to expand affordable, climate-smart, multifamily housing in California.

It has launched the development of 9,550 homes in 58 communities across California.
