Pre-summer wildfire extinguished, dairies saved
SAN JACINTO – (INT) – CalFire is rounding up the last of the Ramona Fire near San Jacinto. It has covered 348 acres and became the Inland Empire's largest so far this year.

It was encircled south of the Ramona Expressway near two dairies west of Warren Road and was declared contained on Thursday May 25th.

The fire of unknown cause burned into the rock-studded hillsides bordering the dairies. Evacuation orders and warnings were recalled Monday evening.

There was no reported damage to buildings at the dairies.
