A Los Angeles County resident is facing federal charges of using counterfeit postage to ship millions of parcels throughout the United States. Lijuan Chen operated a business in the City of Industry and applied bogus shipping labels to parcels that were transferred to USPS facilities. Losses to USPS were estimated at more than 60 million dollars. (INT)
