A 2-week investigation into sexual activity at a Banning correctional unit for women has led to the arrest of a sheriff’s deputy. Christian Heidecker is accused of eleven charges ranging from sexual activity with an inmate to extortion under color of authority. Heidecker is on administrative leave. (INT)
