‘Dune 2’ jolts Box Office with mighty debut
HOLLYWOOD - “Dune: Part Two” is riding those massive sandworms all the way to the top of box office charts.
Director Denis Villeneuve‘s big-budget sequel delivered a mighty, opening jolt for struggling movie theaters.

With “Dune: Part Two” taking up the majority of oxygen at multiplexes, other movies in theaters fought for scraps. In a distant second place, is Paramount’s musical biopic “Bob Marley: One Love”.

Hilary Swank’s inspirational drama “Ordinary Angels” remains in third place.

At the No. 4 spot, Variety says “Madame Web” continues to sputter.

The faith-based TV series “The Chosen” rounded out the top five this week.
