Moreno Valley praised for street rehabilitation
Moreno Valley is being applauded for the largest public works project in the city’s history. Over the past 2-years, MoVal has repaved and rehabilitated 190 miles of city streets at a cost of 50-million dollars. The League of California Cities praised the project’s cost-effectiveness, financial sustainability, employment of emerging technologies, improvement of pavement conditions, and efficient utilization of resources.
