Its features include:
- Community Wellness building for Mental Health & Substance
- Children & Youth services building
-A specialized Behavioral Health Urgent Care services building
-300 bed building for Supportive Transitional Housing
-67,000 sq ft building for Extended Residential Care.

The complex will include a library, animal kennel, laundry facility and an onsite market and coffee shop.
