FONTANA – (INT) - A multi-family development, Vasari at Ventana, is taking shape in Fontana.

The first phase will have 257 units – part of what will ultimately be a 101-acre walkable, eco-friendly planned community. Rents will range from just above $2,000 to $3,000 per month, according to CoStar data.

“It is fitting that our community and our business partners are leading the way when it comes to addressing the nationwide housing crisis with creative solutions,” said Mayor Acquanetta Warren.
