Charges mount up against deadly pursuit suspect
FONTANA – (INT) – Prosecutors say the motorist who caused a deadly crash in Fontana while fleeing from the California Highway Patrol was wanted on a federal arrest warrant.

Noe Armando Banuelos, 32, of Long Beach twice fled from authorities before he was captured September 6th in Colton.

The police pursuit ended when Banuelos exited the I-15 and broadsided another vehicle killing its driver. The innocent victim, Richard Pshock, an Air Force veteran, had just left his nearby home.

Banuelos pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday September 9th on two felonies: vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and hit-run driving resulting in death.

His criminal record includes a burglary conviction in Los Angeles County.
