Voters get wide variety of balloting options ![]() INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Twenty vote centers are open in Riverside County and 130 more will be in operation beginning November 2nd.
Voters are not assigned to a specific location and may cast their ballot at any available vote center, election officials said. Residents have the option of voting in-person or returning their vote-by-mail ballot. There are 106 official ballot drop-off locations throughout Riverside county. In an effort to attract voters, they may opt to mark a paper ballot or use a touch screen. An accessible voting unit available at all vote centers. In San Bernardino County, Early vote sites will open October 29th at the Ontario Conference Center, the Apple Valley Recreation Center, Victorville City Hall and the Joshua Tree Community Center. Each will operate daily except Sunday November 3rd from 10am to 6pm. Stephenie Shea, Registrar of Voters, underscored the importance of giving voters the opportunity “to cast their ballot when it’s most convenient for their schedules." Story Date: November 4, 2024
