RIVERSIDE - (INT) - Authorities disclosed Monday that a 49-year-old woman has died following a series of collisions in Riverside involving a Fontana police vehicle and a wanted suspect.

Investigators say that Fontana police were conducting an investigation on Thursday October 24th when the suspect, Ezekial Avendano Lopez, 62, intentionally crashed into an unmarked police car and then caused a multi-vehicle crash at a nearby intersection. A woman in one of the vehicles was fatally injured. Three other people were hurt. Their identifies were not released.

Lopez is under arrest in lieu of 1-million dollars bail.
