RIVERSIDE – (INT) – Voltu Motor Inc. has chosen Riverside for its green technology business hub.

Voltu is developing a new Class 3 series of commercial electric trucks designed for light to heavy duty use.

Voltu Founder and CEO George Gebhart says Riverside was chosen as its headquarters because of “the rich talent pipeline, proximity to the existing ‘knowledge base’ of the city’s four colleges and universities, as well as Riverside’s distinction as the Southern California home of the California Air Resources Board.”
