Compare resident’s credit scores: Who’s ranked highest? ![]() SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – San Bernardino sinks to the bottom of a list of 182 U.S. cities with the worst, personal credit scores. Only Newark, New Jersey, Memphis and Detroit rank lower in a WalletHub analysis.
At the top end, California cities with the highest scores for its residents were Fremont, San Francisco, Huntington Beach and Santa Clarita. In the Inland Empire, Rancho Cucamonga scored the best followed by Fontana and Ontario. As for actual credit scores, the average ranged from 638 in Rancho Cucamonga to 592 in San Bernardino.
