SOUTHLAND – (INT) – Metrolink reports weekend ridership has scored the most in the agency’s history.

Additionally, a new single-month record has eclipsed the previous total that had stood since September 2018. Metrolink has recovered from the COVID pandemic when ridership plunged in early 2020.

“Ridership recovery hasn’t been quick, but we’ve been trending in the right direction thanks to innovative campaigns and promotions, along with improved service”, Metrolink Board Chair Doug Chaffee said.

The San Bernardino Line remains Metrolink’s busiest.
