RIVERSIDE – (INT) - The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is making some changes affecting its riders.

One extends the Youth Ride Free program through December 31, 2026. Anyone aged 18 and younger can ride for free on all RTA’s fixed-route and GoMicro buses. No passes are needed, only a valid school ID.

On a related note, the RTA is adjusting several routes. The agency says it’s aimed at enhancing service, improving connections and boosting efficiency. The changes were effective May 11th.

Sixteen routes are affected including routes 1, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, 28, 56, 200, 204 and 206.
