'Quality of life’ project envisioned for Glen Helen Park
GLEN HELEN – (INT) - San Bernardino County may be able to exchange land it owns at Glen Helen Regional Park provided the land is replaced with a new park.

Highland Assemblyman James Ramos explained his “bill would grant state authorization for the county to proceed with a major project to enhance the region’s quality of life and boost the local economy.”

Specifically, the proposed multi-use project would feature a new hotel, a shopping center, fitness center, restaurants and additional recreational opportunities for both residents and visitors.

Luther Snoke, San Bernardino County CEO, stated AB 385 gives San Bernardino County a commonsense path to exchange underutilized land for park space that better serves our residents.
