Reports: Repeated violations after India-Parkistan ceasefire deal
KARACHI - Pakistan's prime minister addressed his nation after India accused it of "repeated violations" following a US-brokered ceasefire deal.

India's foreign secretary says this is a "breach of the understanding" and its armed forces are "giving an appropriate response",

Earlier, India struck targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir in response to a deadly militant attack in Pahalgam last month - Islamabad denies involvement.

India-administered Kashmir has seen a decades-long insurgency which has claimed thousands of lives. India and Pakistan both claim Kashmir in full.

Tensions between the two nuclear powers escalated after an April 22nd terrorist attack in Indian-administered Kashmir that killed 26 people. Indian officials said the militant groups responsible for that attack have ties to Pakistan, which denied any involvement.
