San Bernardino names new city manager
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – Fullerton City Manager Eric Levitt says he plans to relocate to San Bernardino where he’s accepted a similar job.

It was announced early Thursday (June 5th) that Levitt has been appointed by the San Bernardino City Council to fill the position that has been open for more than a year.

Levitt’s resume includes eighteen years as city manager of Alameda, Simi Valley, Janesville, Wisconsin, and Sedona, Arizona.

San Bernardino Mayor Helen Tran said Levitt’s “proven track record of growth, fiscal responsibility, and community engagement are in perfect alignment with the needs of San Bernardino.”

Levitt pledged to work collaboratively with the Mayor, City Council, and staff “to improve the quality of life for the residents and businesses in San Bernardino”.
