TEMECULA – (INT) – Further improvements to the French Valley Parkway Project in Temecula are being promised.

The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) says Phase 3 calls for construction of the full-width of French Valley Parkway between Jefferson Avenue and Ynez Road, including the bridge overcrossing of I-15, and connecting on-ramps.

Still to come is Phase 4 involving a new northbound off-ramp and southbound on-ramps for the French Valley Parkway interchange, and new dedicated ramps along southbound I-15.

Following that is construction of the I-15 Smart Freeway Pilot Project – a first of its kind in California.
