Chino police say they’ve arrested their primary suspect in a fatal hit-run incident October 4th on the Chino Hills Parkway at the Route 71 on-ramp. Nicholas Aaron Reyes, 25, of Chino Hills, was arrested Thursday (November 13th) in Glendale. (INT)
