2025 hospital report card
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – A year-ending report has graded the Inland Empire’s hospitals on their safe, professional standard of care.

Eleven earned A’s, five got B’s, three were average with C’s and the worst with a ‘D’ was the Victor Valley Global Medical Center in Victorville.

Four hospitals in Riverside, Fontana, Moreno Valley and Ontario operated by Kaiser Permanente and all received A’s.

A’s also went to the Loma Linda Medical Centers in Murrieta and Loma Linda, Parkview Medical Center in Riverside, the Montclair Community Hospital and hospitals in Corona and Chino.

Grades are based on several critical factors, including rates of preventable errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.

The Leapfrog Group issues Hospital Safety Grade reports twice a year for nearly 3,000 general hospitals in the United States.
