FONTANA – (INT) – Bids are being sought for construction of an express lane in each direction on the I-10 through Fontana.

Adding an additional lane will accommodate primarily trucks between the I-15 and Sierra Avenue. A secondary contract would extend the express lanes between Sierra Avenue and Pepper Avenue.

Two contracts would follow completion of final design plans and right-of-way documents.
