Generation Z puts down roots
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) - The oldest members of Gen Z are getting closer to their 30s, moving up in their careers and putting down roots.

A new report has found that the Inland Empire stands out as a place where Gen Zers have had an easier path to homeownership.

1 in 4 Zoomers in the metro area are living the American Dream. About one-fourth of the young generation owns a home, making it the second California metro area with the highest share of Gen Z homeowners and 17th nationwide.

In fact, the number of homes owned by Gen Z’ers grew by 494% in five years.
