MORENO VALLEY – (INT) – City officials in Moreno Valley say that housing opportunities are expanding with the groundbreaking of the Linwood Rose development.

It will occupy two vacant parcels into a three-story residential community featuring 36 homes.

Developers say the accent is on affordability, serving low- and very low-income individuals earning between 30% and 40% of area median income. Rancho Belago Development, Inc., and Kingdom Development have placed an emphasis on residents with special needs.
