Comparing gasoline prices
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) - To no one’s surprise, California drivers are paying the highest gas prices in the nation, according to GasBuddy.
The statewide average price for a gallon of regular gasoline was about $5.95, as of Monday, April 27th. According to AAA, that’s about $1.84 higher than the national average of $4.11. Gas prices across the Golden State have increased more than 10 cents from a week ago. Drivers were paying about $4.79 per gallon around this time in 2025.
