An Oak Hills man is dead, fatally shot when he tried to run down three San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies who’d responded to reports he assaulted a female with a garden rake and possessed a gun. The Saturday (May 2nd) incident on Whitehaven Road at Oak Hills ended the life of Anthony Tevis, age 67. There were no reports of any other injuries. (INT)
